How do I know what Zone I'm in?

Pick up Zones are determined based on your trash pickup day.
Please see below:

Monday Trash Pickup - Zone 1

Tuesday Trash Pickup - Zone 2

Wednesday Trash Pickup - Zone 3

Thursday Trash Pickup - Zone 4

What is and is not allowed in my trash bin?

We only accept regular household trash. No construction debris, lawn clippings, or leaves are allowed. If you find yourself with anything that you need removed and isn't allowed in the bins, email us at Carlos@GoCTR.Biz and we'll help offer you an estimate for the cost of the removal as it does not come included with your regular trash and recycling services.

Can I have extra boxes or recycling out aside my bins? What about extra trash?

You can have extra recycling out and we will not charge extra for it, as long as it's a reasonable amount. Extra trash will be charged depending on the size and weight of the extra trash. Email us at Carlos@GoCTR.Biz about any questions regarding extra trash or bulk items.

Where can I get a schedule?

What do I do with my old companies bins?

We are not allowed to do anything related to your old bins from your previous provider. For us to dispose of them, your previous waste provider must have given you consent to do as you please with their old bins.

Can I pay monthly?

We only implement quarterly and yearly billing cycles.

What would be considered bulk?

Anything from construction debris, appliances, furniture, metal and more is considered bulk. Just email us at Carlos@GoCTR.Biz for any questions!
